The Aviation Unit of the Danish Accident Investigation Board (AIB) was notified of the accident by the Polish State Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation (SCAAI) on 21-8-2026 at 09:26 hours (hrs).
The AIB appointed a non-travelling accredited representative to the SCAAI safety investigation.
Factual information
History of flight
The balloon landed in the field with a wind speed of 7 knots (kt).
After the landing one passenger reported an ache in the left forearm.
The medical rescue team transported the passenger to the hospital.
